True to the enduring legacy of our patron saint, St. Thomas More—the “man for all seasons” who championed conscience, integrity, and the pursuit of justice—the St. Thomas More School of Law and Business marked its 18th Founding Anniversary not with grand festivities, but with a profound act of community solidarity. We firmly believe that the most meaningful celebration of our milestone is one that extends a helping hand to those who need it most.

In line with this mission, the School successfully mounted a Free Legal Aid Activity, transforming our commitment to legal education into tangible action for the community. The atmosphere was one of quiet gratitude and relief, as we witnessed the immediate impact that accessible legal guidance can have on a person’s life and peace of mind.

We extend our deepest and most sincere gratitude to our distinguished legal advocates who generously shared their expertise, time, and compassion. A special thank you to our Vice President Atty. Judy Marie R. Tan, MAed, LLM, Dean for College of Law Atty. Lynnart Walford A. Tan, LLM and as well as the IBP President, Atty. Dennis Bohol, whose tireless dedication and mastery of the law turned this vision into a reality. Their willingness to step away from their busy schedule to serve pro bono embodies the very heart of the legal profession—advocacy in the service of others.
